
Policies
A non-refundable booking fee is required to schedule your appointment. Booking fees go towards your service fee on the day of your appointment.

FOR CALIFORNIA CLIENTS: Full payments are due upon scheduling. Payments (aside from a $150 booking fee for permanent makeup) are transferable with 7 days or more of notice. Cancelations made with less than 7 days of notice are subject to forfeiture.

FOR CALIFORNIA CLIENTS: If cancelations/reschedules are made with less than 7 days of notice the full amount paid will be forfeited.
FOR TEXAS CLIENTS: If cancelations/reschedules are made before the 72 hour grace period deposits will be held for up to 90 days. After the 90 day period the deposits will be forfeited. Cancelations made with less than 72 hours notice will be forfeited.

Guests who are 15 minutes(or more) late are subject to cancelation of their service. Another booking fee would be required for scheduling in the future.

Due to the nature of the service, appointments are always subject to change. Under the circumstances of your appointment day/time needing to be readjusted, I will notify you in a timely manner.
​
For insurance purposes, no children or guests will be allowed in the treatment room at the time of service.
